Effective May 1, 2023, Jamie Bakes will have a minimum order of 4 dozen standard sized cupcakes (a total of 48 servings), available in 2 flavors from the Classic flavor selection. ​ There is a minimum order of 72 standard size cupcakes for a special event where Jamie Bakes is delivering and setting-up the cupcake display area. Orders less than 6 dozen can be picked up from Jamie at a Dahlonega location to be decided on.

The number of flavors you may have totally depends on the number of cupcakes you order. The minimum order is for 4 dozen, and you can pick 2 flavors.

No. Fondant tastes terrible and I refuse to use it. Jamie Bakes is all about BUTTERCREAM and things that taste great! Vanilla buttercream is standard on all cupcakes and cut-cakes.

Free delivery is provided to venues where Jamie Bakes is a 'preferred vendor.' Outside of the service area, mileage charges will be applied based on distance from the bakery. Delivery not guaranteed unless previous arrangements have been made. Local service area includes Dahlonega and Dawsonville. General cake pick-up location is at the Dahlonega Post Office parking area at 72 Alicia Lane, Dahlonega GA 30533.

Many wedding venues do not provide cupcake or cake displays for their clients. Jamie Bakes offers a full "table-scape" service which includes all of the cupcake displays, a wedding cake display, table runners, crates, risers, lanterns, twinkle lights/candles, trays, and faux greenery for $100. Jamie Bakes does NOT supply cake or table flowers unless previously arranged. Ask your venue coordinator if cupcake stands are provided. You may rent the displays and risers from Jamie Bakes for $75 if you do not need the full service table-scape service. Otherwise, cakes and cupcakes will be delivered to you in bakery boxes to set out and arrange as you will.

To confirm a date, a 50% deposit is required, and is due within 2 weeks of the mutual confirmation email being sent/received, not the event date. 'Payment in Full' is to be paid no later than 2 weeks to the wedding date, unless previous arrangements have been made with Jamie Bakes. Failure to secure payment to vendor will result in cancellation of services.

Yes!! Custom options are available based on desired upgrade features. Those features can include the following options: Chocolate Ganache Buttercream, Cream Cheese Buttercream, crushed nut toppings, cupcakes fillings, and custom botanicals like fresh flowers/greenery. Pricing to be discussed.

" I am so honored to be considered for your big day. And I totally understand that the CAKE is a very important part of the wedding! With that being said, I feel it necessary to say upfront that I do not offer "traditional cake tastings." I don't have a storefront, and everything is baked to order, so it makes it difficult to be able to offer tastings upon request. I like to use the Open House events at Wedding Venues where I'm a preferred vendor as my opportunity to offer samples to clients. These events are offered several times a year among the different venues. If you can't make it to one of the events, then I'm willing to work with you if a tasting is a requirement, but understand it is at my convenience due to tight scheduling. Tastings are free at Open House events. A scheduled tasting appointment requires a fee. Read through the comments on my Testimonial page if you need reassurance from previous customers.
